Welcome to S.Y. 2022-2023, Muir Woods Community!
It is my honor and pleasure to welcome you all back to campus this school year. We are extremely proud of how our students and teachers have risen to the challenges of the pandemic, as well as the way they adjusted to learning in the new normal using various virtual platforms. But now, we are most excited about them enjoying face-to-face experiential learning, and campus life once again.
We begin this school year with an even stronger resolve and sense of purpose, forged by our experiences of the past 2 years. We are now confident to know that whatever the pandemic has thrown at us, it has not only made our relationships stronger but it brought us together in new ways which we hope will help us to keep moving forward. Hence, the theme BUKAS TAYO ! Opening to A New Day and Renewed Togetherness.
We are glad to inform you that our initial step of small groups of in-person classes have been successful so far, showing us what we can accomplish together so long as we do our part in complying with the recommended health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy learning community at Muir Woods Academy. We will continue to monitor all developments and public health directives from the LGU, DOH, DepEd and any changes will be communicated expediently to all members of the MWAI community.
It is my wish for the entire Muir Woods forest to have another fruitful year rooted in the same soil of kindness and openness, which the world needs more and more of each day. All my love and support to the teachers, staff, parents, and learners!
